Electronic Repair Company Shipping Instructions
Out of town customer may mail or UPS us small items like stereo, turntable,
band equipment, VCR etc.
We charge a $85 non-refundable check-out fee when your equipment is mailed or brought in for repair. A technician will check your unit and we will call or E-mail you with an estimate. With your approval, we will repair your unit and the $85 will be deducted from the total. If you decide not to have your unit repaired, we will reassemble it at no additional charge and return it to you. There may be an additional payment required on repairs which require special ordered parts or extensive time.
Also include your name, address, day and night phone numbers and E-mail address.
